Yale is a very large city indeed!
Look around, it has many stores, restaurants and hotels along the river. We can see houses and churches built on the hill overlooking the river.
Our friends say that Yale is known as the biggest city west of Chicago and north of San Francisco!"
But, even though the town of Yale is booming, the water supply of the inhabitants is brought from the river to the houses and stores in buckets!
Look...there's a general store.
Should we but supplies now or later?
